I am Meena, originally from Chennai, India. After studying nursing and working at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai, my family and I settled in the United Kingdom in 2005. Currently, I am based in Rugby and work as a senior staff nurse in trauma and orthopedics at St. Cross's Hospital. Teaching dance to children is one of my favorite pastimes. I deeply cherish and respect our cultural heritage and uphold traditional values.

Despite living in a foreign land, I have found solace in the caring and supportive community of the ThaaiTamil Sangam (TTS) in Coventry and Warwickshire. I am thrilled to be a part of the TTS core team, as it allows me to contribute towards preserving and passing on our rich heritage to the younger generation. Gathering with family and friends is one of my favorite activities, and I am always delighted to welcome new friends into our community. I am honored to work hand in hand with my fellow TTS members to uphold our traditions and provide guidance to the next generation.
