I was born in Tirunelveli, studied in Trichy, finished my undergraduate in Salem, and am now settled in Rugby as GP specialized in women's health. Though miles and miles away from the motherland, ThaaiTamil Sangam (TTS) has made me feel at home and I am proud to be part of it for the last 5 years. TTS has proudly organized many cultural events, programs, well-being activities, celebrates every festival depicting our Tamil culture which helps to spread and inculcate the beauty of our language and heritage to the next generation. I am looking forward to joining hands and work together as a team under the TTS roof to serve our wonderful Tamil families in Warwickshire. I enjoy playing with my children and I am passionate about dance. I love chatting with friends and like to travel to new places and explore.

சொர்கமே என்றாலும் அது நம்ம ஊரை போல வருமா என்ற பாடலுக்கு ஏற்ப நாம் எங்கு சென்றாலும் நமது எண்ணமும் ஆசையும் நம் தாய்மண்ணிலே இருக்கும். திருநெல்வேலியில் பிறந்து, திருச்சியில் வளர்ந்து, சேலத்தில் மருத்துவம் படித்து இப்போது இங்கிலாந்தில் மருத்துவ துறையில் பணியாற்றிவருகிறேன். எனக்கு நமது தாய்நாடு, தாய்மொழி ஏக்கம் வரும்போதெல்லாம் அந்த உணர்வை போக்கி புத்துணர்வு தருவது நமது தாய்த்தமிழ் சங்கம் என்று சொன்னால் அது மிகையாகாது. நம் தாய்நாட்டில் கொண்டாடுவதை விட மிக சிறப்பாக அனைவரும் சேர்ந்து குடும்பத்தோடு கொண்டாடி நமது குழந்தைகளுக்கு நமது பண்பாடு மற்றும் கலாச்சாரத்தை நினைவூட்டுவதற்கு இச்சங்கம் உறுதுணையாக உள்ளது. தொழிலால் வேறுபட்டாலும் தாய்மொழி உணர்வால் கலாச்சாரத்தால் ஒன்றிணைந்து மகிந்திருக்க உதவும் தூண்தான் தாய்த்தமிழ் சங்கம். இது மென்மேலும் வளர மனதார வாழ்த்துகிறேன். எனக்கு எல்லோருடனும் பழகுவதும், புதிய நண்பர்களிடம் பேசுவதும் , புதிய இடங்களுக்கு செல்வதும், நடனம் ஆடுவது, குழந்தைகளுடன் விளையாடுவது எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடிக்கும். நானும் இந்த சங்கத்தின் ஓர் அங்கமாக திகழ்வது பெருமகிழ்ச்சியே .
