I was born in temple city of Madurai in Tamilnadu and had the opportunity to roam around the world during my childhood. In my early part of life, I developed my passion for Tamil language and its culture when we were in Nigeria. The affinity and love toward my mother tongue grew multifold when I got back to Chennai for my graduate studies.

I have been in most parts of the UK in the last 25 years as General Practitioner and one place I cherish and enjoy the company of every family & friends is none other than TTS. It has evolved from just being merely an association into emotional entity for our identity and roots, from providing an opportunity to enjoy the fruits of friendship in a mutually respectful community to making it safer and happier for our children. I am blessed to have found many good families and friends and am proud to be part of the team to uphold the richness of our cultural values.

I love hosting parties with friends, swimming and taking part in cultural events.

கோயில் நகரமான மதுரையில் பிறந்த நான், என் குழந்தை பருவத்தில் மற்ற நாடுகளுக்கு செல்வதற்கான வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. என் வாழ்க்கையின் ஆரம்ப பகுதியில், நைஜீரியா நாட்டில் இருந்தபோது தமிழ் மொழி மற்றும் அதன் கலாச்சாரம் மீதான ஆர்வத்தை வளர்த்துக் கொண்டேன். மீண்டும் எனது படிப்புக்காக நான் சென்னைக்கு வந்தபோது என் தாய்மொழியின் மீதான அன்பு பல மடங்கு வளர்ந்தது. நான் கடந்த 25 ஆண்டுகளில் இங்கிலாந்தின் பெரும்பகுதிகளில் மருத்துவராக இருந்தேன்.

தாய்த்தமிழ் சங்கம் பல நண்பர்களையும் குடும்பங்களையும் ஒன்றிணைத்து விழாக்களை கொண்டாடுவது என்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்தது. தாய்த்தமிழ் நமது அடையாளம் மற்றும் பண்பாட்டை போற்றுவதாக உள்ளது. ஒருவருக்கொருவர் பரஸ்பர மரியாதையுடன் அதை நம் குழந்தைகளுக்கு எடுத்துரைக்கும் விதமாக இருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சியளிக்கிறது. எனக்கு பல நண்பர்களையும் அறிமுகம் கொடுத்தது, மேலும் நமது கலாச்சார விழுமியங்களின் செழுமையை அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கு எடுத்துச்செல்ல நானும் இந்த அணியில் ஒரு பகுதியாக இருப்பதில் பெருமைப்படுகிறேன். நண்பர்களுடன் கூடி மகிழ்ந்து அரட்டை அடிப்பதை ரசிப்பேன். மேலும் கிரிக்கெட், நீச்சல் மற்றும் மேடைநாடக நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்பது போன்றவை பிடிக்கும்.
